We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our Royal Oak, MI locations.
Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist at MOR, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. You will work with a diverse patient population, providing evidence-based therapy to promote mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine impairments and limitations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer physical therapy interventions and modalities.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors, Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
