Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations, counseling, and behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in crisis intervention and conflict management will be essential in ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral issues and promote positive change
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Offer support and guidance to families of patients, including child family counseling
Requirements:
- LGSW or LGPC
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Clinician
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and diffuse challenging situations
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Familiarity with medical documentation and recordkeeping practices

Pay: $64,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
