- Negotiation: Realtors need to skillfully negotiate on behalf of their clients to secure the best terms and prices for properties
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service and addressing client concerns.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions.
- Networking: Building and maintaining a strong professional network can lead to referrals and partnerships that benefit clients and your business
- Time Management: Balancing multiple clients,showings, and training.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with real estate software, online listings and MLS systems.
- Adaptability: The real estate market can change quickly.
- Ethical Conduct: Operating with integrity and adhering to ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home or investments, or financial and logistic needs for selling their home or investment.
- Be able to handoff the transaction once your client is under contract.
- Gather local community information and trends in your area.
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Convert appointments into customers
- Participate in all Team Check in's and events
- Coordinates with the Transaction Manager to ensure a seamless closing process.
- Participate in Open Houses
- Report to the Director of Sales
- Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and strategy.
- Prospect for new customers, cultivate customer relationships, set customer appointments, and manage leads within our Team Platforms.
- Accurately track productivity and sales metrics
- Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
- Continuously attend education events to increase knowledge
