Job description:
This opportunity will allow you to explore your own maximum potential, limited only by your creativity and motivation in selling backyard portable storage buildings. We have available openings in Snohomish and King Counties. It will be your job to consult customers, follow up with leads, man a display/sales lot, and visit customers' sites to verify the ability to deliver pre-built buildings, etc. Sales experience is recommended. We provide company support and training as needed. You will need to function interactively with other sales team members in other areas, the administrative and production team within Heritage, as well as delegate responsibility to assistants you might potentially hire for your local team. We have regular company sales team meetings via Microsoft Teams you will be expected to participate in.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone etiquette, computer literacy skills,
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
Primary Responsibilities
- Prospect potential customers via calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Identify the needs, dreams, wants, and budget of the customer
- Manage contact records with tags, notes, and activities within CRM
- Convert inbound leads into sales through online shed design tools, emails, phone calls, and text messaging.
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Generate and submit quotes and orders with proper documentation using our sales tools (online portal with drag and drop 3D)
- Make order updates/changes
- Collect payment and signed paperwork then hand-off for processing
- Ask for reviews to enhance online presence

Pay: $3,400.00 - $10,500.00 per month
