Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, text, email, or in person.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions to protect them against potential risks.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to assess coverage, identify potential gaps, and recommend suitable updates or additions.
- Offer life insurance products to customers based on their specific needs and financial goals, highlighting the importance of protecting their loved ones and assets.
- Accurately and efficiently process policy changes, claims, payments, and any other related transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer requests and inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must be licensed or will to obtain (fees reimbursed!).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
