Seeking an Experienced Paralegal with at least one year of experience (Spanish and English). Paralegal will be handling matters before US Citizenship and Immigration Services as well as working with minors seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas. You will be responsible for working on Family Based Green Card Applications, N-400s, I-751s, Humanitarian Visas (Us, Ts and VAWA), SIJS petitions before the State Courts and I-360s, Consular Processing, Advance Parole, and Employment Authorization Applications. Must also be computer savvy and handle Microsoft Office Products, Case Management Systems (Docketwise) and be able to use our internal apps to communicate with clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
