What You’ll Do
You have strong experience assisting customers through chat and email support, with industry experience and a heart for service. Trust is a cornerstone of client relationships. You should be ethical and able to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering great service both internally and externally
- Being a contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing great client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Working with financial advisors and associates to prepare and process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance. Becoming an subject matter expert in these matters.
- Becoming comfortable and proficient in using our different applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Orion, and custodial platforms Schwab and Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete/coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance requests
- Fielding client requests and completing tasks, following through to make sure client's needs are met while following compliance requirements
- Managing client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitoring to ensure accuracy • Handling other responsibilities as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Client service skills
- Experience documenting customer issues in detail, accuracy, and organization along with follow-ups
- Experience assessing the severity of support requests and escalating based on severity demands throughout the day/week
- Team player who shows a client-first attitude
- Demonstrate a desire to meet advisor and client requests/needs
- Manage time-sensitive and complex situations
- Experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment
- Finance industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Eagerness to work in a growing firm
