We are excited to have a new opening in our Lubbock office, and we are searching for a great nurse that will lead our Lubbock Team! Join our company dedicated to providing the highest quality care to great pediatric patients.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. Your time will be split between working in the office and visiting patients in the field. Occasional patient care shifts may be required.
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and personable critical thinker that wants to be a leader on a team that is growing by leaps and bounds.
The RN Branch Manager will be responsible for patient case management, QA, and scheduling until growth goals are met, at which point the Branch Manager will supervise a new team member taking over QA and scheduling. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations.
Our patients come from all walks of life. We welcome everyone to contact us about providing PDN (Private Duty Nursing) services. PDN is an option for children and young adults with special needs, such as: tracheotomy care, ventilator care, feeding tubes, respiratory treatments, frequent seizures requiring intervention, as well as many other special medical needs that may require skilled need.
Compensation:
- $80,000 annual salary with annual bonus opportunities

- Frequent travel throughout our serviced areas in West Texas, including Amarillo, and Midland
- Quarterly travel to Waco Branch, including 2-week in-person training in Waco, TX
- Occasional overnights may be required
