Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee program management, supervise staff, and lead in the development and implementation of various programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff in providing services to individuals within our programming
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to meet the needs of clients
- Conduct budgeting and financial oversight for programs
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners
- Lead program development initiatives to enhance services provided
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field proffered but not required
- Proven experience in program management and development
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Experience working with individuals with mental health issues preferred
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
