Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized, responsible, and results-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
- Managing inventory and reordering processes.
- Vendor management (IT/Phone/Supplies)
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership team, internal departments and field locations.
- Provide support to the executive team.
- Perform data entry and file management tasks.
- Oversee various administrative functions.
- Ensure that inquiries to the company general email and voicemail are referred to appropriate party for timely response.
- Assist in coordination of biannual management meetings and other meetings as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience as an Office Manager/Admin or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook mail experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
