Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Fabricate and weld components as needed - Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals - Experience with logic controllers and electrical systems - Ability to fabricate and weld components - Excellent problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
