Position Overview for an Administrator Lead:
Seeking an experienced team lead that is patient centered, customer service oriented and goal achiever in leading a team for successful outcomes. Position will work along side the Medical Office Supervisor facilitating day to day operations, exhibiting a welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff outstanding customer service.
Administrator Lead Responsibilities:
·Position entails actively overseeing and leading the front office staff along side the supervisor to develop a mission focused, goal oriented team.
Contributes to leading the team through supporting and accomplishing related results as a patient entered medical home.
Maintain staff moral and culture with weekly touch base, training and development for individual growth.
Responsible for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, orienting new team members
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating, guiding, training, developing of team members in a high paced setting, auditing provider schedules to ensure smooth office flow
Daily Batch balancing of charges/payments for accuracy
Working as a Team Player with Supervisors, Management Team and Providers to maintain and develop a positive work environment between departments and staff.
Customer satisfaction and resolution of problems is a primary focus, including communications with patients, peers and staff in order to assure the highest quality service is being provided.
Brings innovated ideas to enhance our team.
Administrator Team Lead Qualifications:
· Healthcare Administration Degree or 4+ years proven Experience; Medical Office Team Lead
· High level proficiency in Excel;
· Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization; both verbal and written.
Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory standards.
