Hours Mon-Fri. 7:15am to 3:30pm During school year and reduced hours in summer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist families, students, staff, and administration in the daily activities of the school. This person must demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills that reflect an understanding of Christian principles that are consistent with the Board approved vision, mission, policies, and goals for Rhema.
Qualifications:
1. Exemplary people skills including a welcoming and helpful demeanor.
2. Administrative and organizational abilities.
3. Computer proficiency in office and communication software.
4. Communication skills.
5. The ability to work effectively as a part of an administrative team.
Essential Functions:
1. To act as the front office receptionist and welcoming agent.
2. To coordinate school communications.
3. To perform clerical duties.
4. Contact all incoming FACTS SIS inquires (new families) and schedule tours and follow up communication.
5. Manage school calendar.
6. Responsible for maintaining the schedule of the building and coordinating resources in the building.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all school communications including weekly newsletters, emails, publications.
2. Answer phones, take and direct messages.
3. Welcome visitors, parents and other persons.
4. Communicate attendance and reporting daily, and end of year.
5. Receiving and distributing mail.
6. Scheduling and coordinating school calendars.
7. Administering medications to students in absence of school nurse.
8. Maintenance of office equipment.
Candidates will need to secure Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances (Clearance Information). Must have a valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record.
