Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with communication skills, computer skills, multi-tasking and working well with the general public.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Communication with physician office, insurance companies
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using multiple phone systems
- Data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for patients
- Handle inquiries and requests from patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
