Osborne Chevrolet is seeking a qualified Service Director who will oversee the Service Advisors and ensure that customers receive great service. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in auto service.

Service Director - Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

Forecasts goals and objectives for the departments and strives to meet them

Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of the service department
- Manages and leads a team of automotive technicians and service advisors

Monitors the performance of the service department
-
Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures

Focuses on employee growth development
-
Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
-
Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines

Works with other department managers

Serves as liaison with factory representatives

Maintains a safe work shop
Service Director - Job Requirements:
Automotive General Manager / Service Director experience is required-
A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in auto service.

Automotive Dealership Experience
-
Automate and Xtime experience a plus

Organized and friendly personality
-
Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic understanding of business management

Valid driver's license with good driving record
