The Interior Selections Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the Interior Design Coordinators, Interior Design Manager, and the Director of Selections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Interior Design Coordinators, Interior Design Manager, and Director of Selections with product accounts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist the Director of Selections as a liaison to 3rd party design centers.
- Will manage and/or track several projects at once with extreme time constraints on an as needed basis.
- Act as a liaison between various Headquarters departments, Construction, and Sales.
- Accurately process change order requests from the field and upload into company database.
- Produce and analyze product data to identify trends in the market.
- Develop working knowledge of all company product lines, specifications, stages of construction, and blueprints.
- Provide support to Models department as needed.
- Coordinate in-person or virtual meeting schedules and locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Design Studio as well as sample inventory.

Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred.
- Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
