Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic marketing leader to join our team as we embark on Alpha II’s next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS with extensive experience developing and accelerating qualified pipeline. This role is for a problem-solver who welcomes challenges and is motivated to continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives.
- Oversee the management and optimization of outbound activities across various channels, including paid ads, SEO, partner marketing, social media, and events.
- Manage rebranding launch and ensure consistency across internal and external mediums and channels.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing coaching to drive objective results and professional development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, such as MQLs and SQLs, providing insights to sales leadership and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to drive improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a brand and rebranding initiatives.
- Experience leading and scaling a team in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns that deliver SQLs.
- Deep understanding of marketing tools, such as CRM, Google PPC, etc.; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
