Position Summary: Advocate for excellent internal and external customer service. Uphold our company mission, vision, and values. Customer service requires the ability to be empathetic, ask fact-finding questions, and overcome challenging situations to provide timely resolutions to our customers. Must be willing to obtain knowledge of the products. Phone soft skills, experience with computer systems related to customer service, excellent grammar and writing skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Must take pride in consistently delivering a “Five Star” ownership experience.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Prefer candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years related experience.
