Account Based Marketing Specialist Position Summary:
Chetu is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. We believe in targeting high-value accounts with personalized engagement to drive impactful revenue growth. In this role, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing data-driven ABM campaigns across multiple channels, fostering collaboration within sales and our operations teams, measuring success for high-impact accounts, and helping expand the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business development and sales to identify and prioritize target accounts.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand target account challenges, decision-makers, and buying journeys.
- Develop and execute comprehensive hyper-targeted ABM plans tailored to the entire sales cycle, including targeted content, messaging, and campaigns.
- Utilize data, research, and our intelligence tools to keep enterprise team informed of latest trends and optimize ABM strategies and tactics.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels (social media, retargeting, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement among key accounts.
- Track and maintain dashboards to report on ABM activities and measure KPIs, using data to optimize campaigns and report on target metrics.
- Collaborate and coordinate corporate marketing functions to fulfill deliverables and manage the budget for the ABM program. This will involve spearheading the creation of compelling content and collateral for marketing efforts.
- Promote and evangelize the ABM programs and tools internally with marketing and sales leadership teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, demonstrating ROI.
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of ABM concepts and methodologies, including target account identification, personalization, and multi-channel engagement.
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape
Requirements:
- Experience with Marketing or ABM technology such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar marketing automation software, and Google Analytics.
- Experience optimizing landing pages and curated microsites.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
