Community Liaison – Home Care will conduct home care sales activities and own the referral source development. Follow up on new client inquiries, tracking potential clients, and managing new client sales process. Hours are Monday through Friday 8a - 5p. Competitive starting salary between $70,000 - $80,000 with earning potentials up to $120,000 your first year. Grow your career with us today!
Essential Functions of Community Liaison – Home Care:
· Market and promote the agency services in the community.
· Be totally knowledgeable in the agency service lines, service fees, and client base.
· Propose services and institute contractual agreements with clients.
· Communicate information on competitive strategy to agency office staff.
· Build sales within Miami territory according to goals.
· Pre-plan weekly sales activities.
· Maintain written documentation relating to all sales activity.
· Participate in developing annual sales goals.
· Coordinate sales activity with all office staff to ensure appropriate follow-up.
· Create and develop promotional material as needed. Represent the agency at community functions and professional organizations.
Skills of Community Liaison – Home Care:
· Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
· Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.

· Ability to convert inbound inquiries into appointments.
· Knowledge of common medical terminology.
· Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.
· Satisfactory office and computer skills and organizational abilities (Microsoft Office)
Requirements of Community Liaison – Home Care:
· 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Home Care, Hospice or Home Health fields.
· High School Diploma.
· Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.
