Purpose
This position is based in SANTA BARBARA area responsible for ensuring the best care for our clients, which includes supervising caregivers and coordinating services. The Client Care Manager is also responsible for the management of all aspects of client relationships including taking initial client inquiries, answering questions, qualifying needs and promoting the company's ability to meet those needs.
Description:
· Performs in-person client evaluation and creating effective plans of care.
· Works closely with our scheduling staff to onboard clients and maintain a consistent, reliable caregiver team.
· Maintains client satisfaction in conjunction with your internal care management counterpart by anticipating needs and solving challenges that may arise.
· Fills in for other key functions within the staffing such as staffing or recruiting during vacations or absences as well as being a part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
· This job may entail outreach to the client referral community such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, etc.

· Great client communication skills on the phone, over email and in-person with both seniors and their family members.
· Ability to qualify the client's needs, differentiate our services and successfully convert prospective customers into happy clients.
· A can-do attitude to jump in and do what is necessary to maintain great customer satisfaction.
· Ability to work with challenging situations to not only solve problems but also effectively communicate with all parties.
· Prioritization of tasks based upon immediacy and importance and balance patience with a sense of urgency.
· Ability to accept criticism from clients without taking it personally.
· Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Work Experience
· Demonstrated experience working with seniors, patients and family members in a health care setting.
· clinical experience and administrative experience or social work in the senior care field a positive but not required.
· Specific experience as a client care manager with a home care agency, home health care or hospice agency, a plus.
