We're growing our Dallas location! This is an in-person position that must be able perform generalist duties such as recruitment, training, onboarding, employee relations, retention, and organizational acuity. Ability to resolve people challenges, recognize / reward, and spread positivity required.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, payroll software experience and adept at learning processes required. Good business acumen, interpersonal, problem-solving, critical thinking, detail orientation, and professionalism essential. Proactiveness required. HR generalist experience required; degree preferred.
