Job Summary: As a School-Linked Mental Health Clinical Trainees working in the school, home and community provide diagnostic assessments, therapeutic, and skills services to improve basic functioning for our clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Coordinate services with fellow Fernbrook employees but not responsible for supervision.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
· Flexible hours between 7:00am – 7:00pm.
· Travel to various locations required.
· Salary staff expected to work 40-43 hours per week.
· Hourly staff up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approval required.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide psychotherapy and/or skills services to children, adults, and families.
· Conduct diagnostic assessments.
· Maintain accurate documentation.
· Collaborate with external providers.
· Seek supervisory support as needed.
· Attend trainings for skill enhancement.
· Regularly attend and engage in a way that meets your needs in staff meetings.
· Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
· Complete continuing education requirements.
· Uphold Fernbrook mission and policies.
· Meet productivity standards.
· Perform other assigned duties.

Education and Experience
· Master’s Degree or be a current student in a relevant field who qualify for one of the following license type: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
· Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, car insurance for community based roles.
· Pass criminal background check based on agency and Department of Human Services requirements.
Preferred Education and Experience
· Experience working with diverse client populations.
· Bilingual proficiency.
