Job Summary
Be over-the-top friendly and inviting to our guests while performing front desk operations. Describe and sell the Glosshouz BFF Monthly Savings Program, re-book guests for their next services, perform efficient front desk reception, book and reschedule appointments, manage team schedules, sell retail, help maintain the quality of service and cleanliness of the spa.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach higher goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Assist with marketing initiatives, marketing plans, and activities. Perform other job duties as needed.
Be friendly and smiling always. Help Team Members proactively. Communicate well and professionally to genuinely understand. Care about our guests and your co-workers and the success of the company.
Help with inventory and purchasing, scheduling, maintain the spa environment so it is impeccably clean and organized. Notify General Manager of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional for all the Team; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.'

- Spa Management: 1 year (Preferred)
