Summary of Job Duties:
The Food Runner/Busser is responsible to execute a variety of duties ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for all guests and associates. Primarily focused on clearing and sanitizing tables as the guest finish their meal.
Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth
- Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
- Delivers food prepared in the kitchen to Guests in the dining area
- Replenishes supply of paper napkins, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
- Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Adheres to uniform and appearance standards
- Washes dishes, pots and pan
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least One (1) Year of experience in a high volume restaurant

- Beverage Equipment, Carts, Broom and Butler, Bus Cart
