Overview:The Sales Director is responsible for all functions of the sales department, including census development, leadership of marketing staff or committee.
Responsibilities: Develops and executes strategic sale plans, including budget development and management. Fosters and manages the BHS and community brand. Analyzes market and competition on a continual basis. Interprets and develops marketing strategy based on reports, legal documents, financial statements, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales management, communication, business management or other related area of study.
- Exceptional communication skills including ability to create, as well as present, effective trainings, presentations and reports.
- Experience within the marketing and sales disciplines.
- Assisted living and Healthcare experience.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- Two (2) or more years in LTC sales leadership
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a census development or sales professional or related experience
- Skilled in industry-related or sales software
