Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative functions, gathering relevant information to ensure seamless operations.
- Communication Management: Distribute communications to related departments promptly when needed and follow up for a quick response.
- Organization: Ensure the office is organized at the end of each day, and all relevant data bases are accurately updated.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update and responsibly store records in accordance with company policy.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- System communication proficiency such as Netsuite .
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
