This is a part-time role to start. Willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for a responsible and reliable admin assistant who is very familiar with Zoom, Excel, Google Drive, and Word. We utilize various other apps and platforms but we can train on those. This is mostly remote work but you will be required to work from our
Irvine, Orange County office once or twice per month. Please only submit your application if you are within a 20 mile radius. The remote work can be done from home but it is imperative that you have a quiet place to work. You will be making professional calls to clients. You will be responsible for managing client electronic files and communicating with clients over the phone, via email, and text. Professionalism and a cordial manner about about you is key. If you are comfortable communicating with people, this is a great fit for you. If you enjoy communicating with people, maintaining organization, and have a good sense of humor, then this might work for you. The schedule is very flexible.
