Medical Spa Coordinator - Medical Spa (Denver)
Spa Bella Medispa is looking for a Medical Spa Coordinator to join our team of professionals! We are seeking an experienced Spa Coordinator to work in our Medical Spa located in Denver, CO. Prefer someone who has previously worked in the medical or spa industry.
Duties include spa service scheduling and support, social media marketing, retail sales and inventory control, administrative and light housekeeping. Coordinators may participate in promotional programs and marketing initiatives. Scheduled shifts may be full-time or part-time and include Saturdays.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attitude:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in computer-based POS, scheduling and inventory control systems
* Ability to educate Spa Bella Medispa patients and create retail sales
* Career oriented, professional, team player
* Social media skills a plus – Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Responsibilities:
* Spa etiquette and professionalism
* Customer service – offering exceptional, friendly service and support to all patients
* Appointment scheduling
* Administrative tasks – assist with clerical duties, answering phone and greeting patients; entering patient information, charting, medical history, and purchases in computer system; checking patients out as needed, scheduling follow-up appointments, and keeping files up to date
* Create and post company relevant social media content
* Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliant records
* Retail sales & product knowledge education
* Assisting inventory control processes
* Participation in trainings, staff and marketing meetings
* General housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Strong background in retail sales, including inventory control and POS systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially in using retail software and technology
- Previous experience in a medical spa setting is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
This position requires a person who is friendly and able to interact positively with patients. Must be a team player, work well with others, and be willing to assist with other tasks around the office when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
