Position Description: All Good is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in the organization’s operations, fulfillment, and customer experience successes. The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Operations and Sales departments and our external fulfillment partners to ensure accurate timely delivery of orders, providing customers a truly “All Good” experience.
Responsibilities:
● Manage our remote 3PL fulfillment location and communicate requirements daily with their team
● Create and manage inventory allocations for outgoing orders on a daily basis
● Communicate order-specific details and timelines to internal / external teams including our 3PL, customers, and the All Good sales team
● Ensure shipments are sent in compliance with carrier, hazmat, and customer-specific requirements
● Maintain customer compliance documentation and update internal / external teams as needed
● Craft international shipping and hazmat documentation as required
● Local warehouse: process physical customer returns, organize and maintain sample inventory, pack and ship local orders
● Manage and maintain internal RMA tracker and create call tags as needed
● Ensure receiving Quality Control procedures are maintained, followed, and improved
● Onboard new customer shipping and receiving requirements
● Place warehouse supply orders as necessary
● Coordinate inventory levels with the Operations Manager to minimize OOS
● Manage OOS and inventory allocations between warehouses and associated communications with operations and sales
● Provide fulfillment improvement recommendations to internal teams and 3PL partners, and identify pain points and inefficiencies in current workflows
● Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous warehouse experience including packing, shipping and receiving
● Strong organizational and analytical stills, unfailing attention to detail
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm in high-stress / high-urgency situations
● Strong deductive reasoning, ability to quickly make independent decisions
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Proficient with a Mac, Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems as needed
● Positive attitude, temperament to complete high volumes of transactions / tasks on a daily basis
● Ability to thrive in All Good’s fast paced, upbeat and casual culture
