This role reports to the Director of Information Technology and is responsible for managing the IT Systems in our office. This role is the lead person for our company IT System and has planning, project management, and operational responsibilities. We are a 100% cloud shop with minimal on-prem equipment. This is a hands-on role.

Device purchase (laptops, cell phone, monitors, etc.), setup, and inventory control

System management and account administration (MS, AWS, Atlassian, Adobe, Google, FreshService, etc.) including payment approval

Manage help desk personnel

Manage office security systems

Optimize IT system: Planning/Bids/Evaluation/Analysis/Implementation/Operation

Vendor selection contract review/negotiation

Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or a technical field

5 years’ experience in a technical area

3 years’ experience in IT Management

Extensive experience with AWS cloud service

Extensive experience with Microsoft O365

Experience with IT System planning, implementation, and administration

Proficiencies with MS Entra (AD), Defender, Intune, Exchange, Outlook, Teams, etc. admin portals

Proficiencies with MS Office tools (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Proficiencies with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket)

Proficiencies with AWS infrastructure

Experience setting up SAML/SSO

Estimated annual salary range from $110,000 to $130,000.
