If You Want to Know More About the Company:
This is a snapshot of what your STS workplace environment will look and feel like. Check it out and decide if you believe you could thrive with STS.
Why? Because we want each STS team member to embrace our values - and thrive. These values include:
Uncompromising Diligence
Dedication to the role and to customers. In other words, the attitude that failure is not an option is what we are looking for each day.
Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. In other words, cutting corners and not being accurate with the processes will not work.
Continuous Strive for Excellence
Utmost quality in everything we do. In other words, we want you to help us identify internal areas that need improvement - so we can all be accurate, competent, and predictable in our outcomes – together.
Do it right the first time. In other words, let's understand our job, train to do it well, and prevent mistakes before they happen.
Settling, or taking the easy way out, is not the STS way. In other words, we solve problems together until we perform our processes correctly for accuracy, stability, and consistent outcomes.
Customer Service First
Focus on service to the customer above all else. In other words, we leave our personal issues at the door and work together as a team for our customers - every day.
Our employees do not accumulate wins, but our customers do. In other words, when our customers get what they need when they need it, it's a win for all of us.
Dependable
Unequaled work ethic by each team member. In other words, STS keeps its commitments to who we say we are.
Trusted to get it done when and how we committed to do it. In other words, we are on-time as promised and we deliver the way we promised - or we make it right.
We will not let our customers and coworkers down. In other words, we are each committed to continuous learning, to accuracy, to self-mastery, and to critical thinking, so we rally to the task doing whatever it takes for predictable outcomes.
Knowledgeable
Competence in everything we do. In other words, we know what we are doing – and we also know when to say that we don’t know. We don't guess or make assumptions.
Professional
Modesty and humility in representing STS properly. In other words, we act professionally with each other and with our customers - ensuring our customers see STS as a steady, consistent, and accurate company that they can depend upon.
Boasting and know-it-all attitudes cannot survive at STS. In other words, we each have more to learn every day - and we show it with one another and with our customers.
Innovative
We look for the most up-to-date processes and procedures through research, development, and technology to do all that we do in our approach to being efficient in our customer service. In other words, the status quo ("I've always done it this way!") is an old anchor holding a good company back.
