Salary Range:
$52,325-$56,875
- Starting salary with Associate degree: $52,893.75
- Starting salary with Associate degree (Night Shift): $57,443.75
- Starting salary with Bachelor’s degree: $53,462.50
- Starting salary with Bachelor’s degree (Night Shift): $58,012.50

The Referral Clinical Coordinator (RCC) represents OneLegacy in all aspects of the referral process by gathering and interpreting medical information to determine the suitability of a potential donor, discussing plan of care with the medical team, provide management goals to preserve the option of donation, facilitate and review brain death notes and approach for donation authorization when appropriate. Additionally, while managing the referral process, the RCC will provide customer service to our hospital partners through education regarding the donation process and acting as a liaison between both agencies.

As a Referral Clinical Coordinator, you will assess patients in hospital Intensive Care Units and Emergency Departments for potential organ donation. You will interact with the multi-disciplinary hospital care team to help facilitate the donation process.

Qualifications:
Required to have one of the following:
- EMT
- Paramedic
- LVN with critical care experience
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Required work experience in the medical field/ medical terminology.
- Other candidates may be considered at the discretion of the COO/CIO if commensurate experience can be determined.
A current California driver’s license, auto insurance based on California minimal insurance coverage standards and reliable automotive transportation is required. Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete the OneLegacy application and background screening process. OneLegacy offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
