Our company is seeking an HVAC technician to take care of all types of heating and cooling systems. You will maintain and repair different types of equipment, like furnaces, pumps or compressors. You should have mechanical knowledge with a background in the HVAC field. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and organizing tools and supplies. We expect you to stay abreast of the latest technologies in your industry. As an HVAC technician, you are a vital part of our organization as you will ensure that all air conditioning units function properly.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC repair, and will perform HVAC maintenance and repairs on an ongoing basis. The Hvac Technician must also be able to install, repair and maintain equipment used for heating and refrigeration, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners and water heaters. The right candidate must have experience with all types of residential units, including single family homes, duplexes and apartment complexes.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Confidently install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for homes and office buildings.
- Confidently interact with customers, building owners, and other employees.
- Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating equipment.
Pay is negotiable depending on skill level and evaluation after a performance/probationary period.
Must be open to working occasional evening calls and/or weekends.
MUST have Universal EPA certification. NATE preferred but not required.
