- Phones/Monitoring E-Mails and making appointments- (City/Government/Municipality experience is a plus)
- Good customer service - working with public
- MS Office Suites - Intermediate (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Full Description
- The position will be working for a City municipality and will require speaking to the public, phone and in-person.
- Monitor and answer e-mails
- Answer Phones
- Distribute invoices
- Greeting customers via phone and front facing
- Strong public interaction
- Help organize filing plans and paperwork
- Works with permits, zoning, building inspections and planning departments
Requirements
1. Experience working with public, ideally within a municipality
2. MS Office Suites - Proficient
3. Good personality and professional
4. Bilingual Spanish is a + but not required
Pay rate $20 - $23 hr.
