Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, business development, and account management. Fluency in Spanish is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to manage leads and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in technology sales or related field, preferred but not necessary, will train.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a must
