We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations
- Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Conduct training development for new hires and existing staff
- Assist in onboarding procedures
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals
- Conduct interviews for new hires
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure proper pricing of merchandise
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers
Skills:
- Proficient in inventory management
- Experience in payroll processing
- Strong ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with training development techniques
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in conducting interviews for hiring purposes
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Strong mathematical skills for managing cash transactions and inventory counts
