SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BASED AUTO GLASS REPLACEMENT COMPANY IS LOOKING TO HIRE A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHOSE PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TO MANAGE THE PROCESSING OF GLASS REPLACEMENT CLAIMS FROM INCEPTION THRU COMPLETION OF THE ORDER.
THIS JOB IS A VERY FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT AND THE FOLLOWING KEY SKILLS ARE A MUST TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- STRONG COMMUNICATIONS - WITH CUSTOMER, TECHNICIANS AND WAREHOUSES

- COMPUTER LITERATE
TRAINING WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 8 WEEKS AND WILL BE DONE IN SAN FERNANDO VALLEY & ANTELOPE VALLEY, CA. THEREAFTER, CANDIDATE WILL WORK FROM HOME FROM 8:00-4:30.
SALARY IS COMMISSION BASED UPON THE # OF ORDERS TAKEN AND DISPATCHED AFTER WEEK 8. DURING TRAINING, WEEK 1 TO 8, YOU WILL BE PAID $17 PER HOUR. COMMENCING WEEK 9 SALARY WILL BE COMMISSION BASED ONLY.
