Duties
- Receive work orders from customers.
- Prepare estimates for new work orders.
- Use dispatch app to provide information on the work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Prepare work completion reports with details and photos for invoicing.
Skills
- Maintenance management: Ability to effectively manage maintenance tasks, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Project management: Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency in using software to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage teams.
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of property maintenance and HVAC systems.
- English proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and document maintenance activities.
- Experience setting schedules and working with a scheduling team.
Company vehicle provided with good driving history after probationary period.
