THE JOB:
As a Mansion Attendant, you will create an unforgettable guest experience with your warm smile and attentive service. By understanding each guest's unique story and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, ensuring they leave with WOW memories that last long after their stay with us.
STARTING RATE: $23.481 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Clean ash urns, restrooms in assigned areas, and vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges.
Clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures, and other surfaces, including high dusting.
Maintain cleanliness of all public and residential areas and equipment, with a focus on floor and carpet care.
Empty all trash and linen from the Villas and relevant areas, transporting them for cleaning or disposal.
Clean all hall railings, stairwells, closet doors, and other surfaces.
Mop and clean all marble or tile floors in the assigned area.
Follow quarterly mattress flipping procedures and other rotation philosophies and procedures as outlined.
Deliver supplies to and restock assigned lockers and pantries.
Deliver requested items such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaway, cribs, etc., to guests' rooms.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
Visually survey the pool and surrounding area for cleanliness and safety.
Preform other job-duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
PREFERRED:
Experienced in housekeeping, utility, or casino porter roles, with a strong background in maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Proficient in carpet and floor care, including the use of specialized equipment and chemicals for high dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members.
