Position Summary:
This position reports to the Executive Director of Operations/HR Assistant and plays a crucial role in the company’s overall hiring efforts and goals in obtaining high level professionals to perform quality concierge service. This position’s core function is successfully qualifying candidates through in-person interviews.
Core Essential Responsibilities:
- INTERVIEW CANDIDATES - Conduct in-person interviews and ensure openings are filled.
- JOB PLACEMENT – Assist with management of ATS system & candidate pipeline activity
- DAILY BRIEFINGS - Coordinates daily briefings with management & updating key hiring metrics
- MISC DUTIES - Perform all other duties and projects as assigned such as updating inventory, background checks, reporting needs, organizing training class material, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Interviewing and Job Recruitment
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working as a company team member.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
