Duties:
- Provide patient service by assisting physicians and healthcare professionals in the examination and treatment of patients.
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Perform basic X-Ray procedures under the supervision of licensed radiology technologists.
- Assist with patient inhalation treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Apply knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately perform medical procedures.
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coding medical procedures.
- Assist with basic life support measures in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a hospital setting to ensure quality patient care.
Skills:
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
- Proficient in taking accurate vital signs and documenting them appropriately.
- Knowledgeable in medication administration techniques and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with basic X-Ray procedures and equipment operation.
- Understanding of human physiology to perform medical procedures accurately and safely.
- Experience in providing medical administrative support, including appointment scheduling and medical coding.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus.
