LaMettry's Collision is a local family owned and operated repair facility with 11 convenient metro locations. We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative at our New Brighton location.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, communicate clearly, and have a desire to provide Excellent Customer Service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule repair appointments and rental cars
- Gather contact, insurance, and repair information to create customer packets in computer system
- Collect signatures and payments at the beginning and end of repair
- Scan insurance paperwork, payments, and invoices into computer system
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Office upkeep and organization
- General office duties and support
Computer knowledge is necessary. No prior Auto Repair Industry experience needed.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
