About the Role:
The position of the Customer Experience Specialist consists of being able to learn/retain company processes and communicate effectively (verbally and written) with customers, co-workers and clients. This is a fast-paced position that will require the ability to be organized, effective, efficient and dependable in completing daily tasks and responsibilities.
PLEASE NOTE - You MUST be able to pass a background check (no matter how long ago the charge) and a drug test (even if you have a medical marijuana card), no exceptions
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
- Initiating of electronic communication via email and/or fax.
- Ability to identify and handle sensitive and confidential documents
- Ability to accurately calculate taxes and fees based on state/county/city requirements
- Ability to accurately prepare documents
- Filing of accounts.
- Scheduling of account follow-up.
- Initiating appropriate follow-up action to seek resolution.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Recent, professional customer service experience.
- Recent experience using Microsoft Office.
- PC Proficient.
- Data Entry and attention to detail.
- Time Management.
- Multi-Tasking.
- PC Proficient.
- Punctual.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
