RV Sales Manager Job description:
Southland RV is a family owned and operated RV business currently seeking a Sales Manager position for our location in Savannah, GA.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and coach a high performance sales team dedicated to all sales activities related to new and used RV’s
- Recruit, select, and train sales staff as needed to maintain proper staffing levels
- Desk deals, provide sales quotes, and assist in closing sales as needed by staff
- Manage and oversee the stores CRM for sales leads
- Obtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure high customer service levels are maintained
- Demonstrate dedication of Southland RV initiatives, goals, and policies to staff and peers
- Display strong leadership qualities that show commitment to a no-pressure, high integrity sales environment
- Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
- Stay current with market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
- Be enthusiastic, positive, and have strong communication with staff, customers, co-workers, and senior management
- Daily reconciliations of sold inventory
- Other duties as assigned
- Work closely and responsibly with the other branch dealers & district managers for inventory control, customer service & satisfaction.
Job Skills, Abilities and Requirements
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong computer & technology skills
- Successful sales track record of managing a high volume of sales minimum of 3 years experience.
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and promote our products and sales processes as well as be capable of effectively sharing and encouraging the same with their team members.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience in the RV industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license

- Dealership software - Training will be provided

Pay and Benefits

Days and Hours
- Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9AM - 5PM. However, night & weekend emails & lead follow ups is a requirement.
