Rehabilitation Management Associates (RMA) is currently seeking a mixed to full time (flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week) Pelvic Floor/Health Orthopedic Physical Therapist. This position is located at the beautiful Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) Talus clinic in Meridian, Idaho! We understand the importance of specialized training and the benefits this provides for our patients. Although our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Pelvic Health experience, we provide continued education reimbursement if you are interested in this specialized training. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Idaho Physical Therapist Licensing Board.
- Graduated from an accredited school as Physical Therapist with (MPT/DPT) degree and completion of the required field work and internships.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required.
- Two year's Pelvic Health/Ortho Outpatient experience preferred.
- Must understand all basic physical therapy skills and be able to perform them accurately; must demonstrate good evaluation and observation skills for strength assessment.
- Must be proficient in the application of modalities and procedures used in physical medicine with ability to assess and treat pelvic floor problems.
- Ability to apply an adequate knowledge of anatomy, function, and structure.
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and cognizant of safety standards
- Must demonstrate professional interpersonal communication and conduct
- Ability to accurately complete documentation in timely manner
- Detail oriented with advanced knowledge of computer systems and documentation systems. EPIC a PLUS!
