Duties:
-Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns.
-Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
-Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries.
-Process customer returns and exchanges. -Respond to customer questions on platforms such as Shopify, Gmail, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
