Overview:
Under the direction of Manager and Facilities Director responds to all General Maintenance service calls.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to maintenance service calls in a timely manner.

Fills out maintenance request forms when task is complete and turns them in to the R.A.C.E. Crew Chief.

General repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and all other public areas work requests.

Possesses a high level of attention to detail as it pertains to Front of House areas.

Knowledge of maintenance as it relates to furniture, painting, wall covering, lighting, plumbing, and flooring.
- Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.

Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or technical certificate as well as a minimum of three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Must possess or can obtain a valid New Jersey Casino Service Registration.
