Professional Home Organizer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Professional Home Organizer. As a Professional Home Organizer, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in decluttering and organizing their living spaces to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their organization needs and goals, understand their lifestyle, preferences, and challenges related to organization.
2. Developing Organization Plans: Create customized organization plans tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences, including decluttering strategies, storage solutions, and layout optimization.
3. Hands-On Organization: Lead and assist in the hands-on organization process, including sorting, categorizing, and arranging belongings in a systematic and efficient manner.
4. Space Optimization: Maximize the use of space in clients' homes by implementing creative storage solutions, utilizing vertical space, and optimizing furniture arrangement.
5. Decluttering: Assist clients in decluttering their belongings by helping them identify items to keep, donate, sell, or discard, using sensitivity and discretion.
6. Storage Solutions: Recommend and implement storage solutions such as shelving, containers, and organizational systems to maintain order and accessibility.
7. Time Management: Efficiently manage time during organization sessions to ensure tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
8. Client Education: Educate clients on organization techniques, maintenance strategies, and habits to help them sustain a clutter-free and organized living space long-term.
9. Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of client consultations, organization plans, progress, and follow-up recommendations to track success and ensure client satisfaction.
10. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in home organization through training, workshops, and industry resources to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in professional home organization or related field.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients.
5. Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
6. Sensitivity and respect for client confidentiality.
7. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects as needed.
8. Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
10. Certification in professional organizing (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.28 - $25.62 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
