Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities to ensure their optimal operation.
· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and production loss.
· Carry out repairs and upgrades on equipment as required, including electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components.
· Document all maintenance and repair work performed, including maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment specifications.
· Continuously identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance department.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in mechanical or electrical maintenance is preferred.
· Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
· Excellent mechanical aptitude, with experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
